Prasanta Bhattacharya, M. Sc. Ph. D., Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography, Gauhati University, Guwahati, Assam. He also obtained a degree in fine art and is equally interested in photography and adventure activities. He has, to his credits thirty research paper publications along with two books.
