The present manuscript seeks to identify the problems of translating the international tourist terms into English/Uzbek. The choice of the most suitable ways of translation according to the requirements of the given professional field is investigated. The latter includes communication between incoming and outgoing travel intermediaries. However, communication between industry professionals/tourists and travelers lies beyond the scope of the present research. The large number of tourism terms is continually coined, increasing scientific interest in the questions of translating tourist terminology into Uzbek/Russian.
