The objective of this research work was to establish a tourism signaling plan for the coastal zone and sites of interest in the village of Palomino, municipality of Dibulla, La Guajira, based on the need to propose mechanisms and/or strategies that promote the correct local growth, at an economic level together with the environment, with a view to establishing precedents that support the initiatives for the correct realization of nature tourism, ecotourism and all its variants. In this sense, the present research is shown under the phases proposed by Creswell (2009), obtaining quantitative data (statistics) built from the results obtained in the qualitative data (surveys, interviews) making a final interpretation product of the comparison of both results (quoted in Montes, 2020) resulting in the inventory of all components such as health entities, banking entities, restaurants, hotels, tour operators, information points, sites of environmental and cultural tourist interest.
