Autorenporträt
Megan Horst is a research affiliate faculty member of the Toulan School of Urban Studies and Planning at Portland State University. She was formerly a full-time professor and the program director for the Masters of Urban and Regional Planning program at PSU. Currently, Megan supports jurisdictions across the Pacific Northwest in advancing climate action and climate planning in her role as senior associate for Cascadia Consulting Group.
