Stephen holds an LLB from Makerere University-Uganda. He currently coordinates the Transitional Justice project of Human Rights Network Uganda. He also works with the Uganda Coalition on the international Criminal Court. He previously worked with the International Justice in Africa Program at International Refugee Rights Initiative.
