The Editors: George S. Chobanov is Associate Professor at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Bulgaria), and Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Jürgen Plöhn holds a position as «Privatdozent» at the Institute for Political Science and Japanese Studies at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. Horst M. Schellhaass is Professor at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences and Vice Rector of the University of Cologne.
