Adele Gruber, like most people, has worn many masks. These include being mother and grandmother, wife, student, teacher, business woman and professional publisher. Now Adele dedicates herself to her life-long passion in dance, yoga, meditation and body modalities. She has a special interest in the body-mind-soul continuum and in how movement and body awareness affects our life.This enduring interest has been given intellectual structure and experiential expression through her on-going studies of Archetypal Psychotherapy and the applied consciousness teachings with the Tamboo Academy, run by Mordechai and Siobhan Brodie. Adele also assisted in bringing Biodanza to South Africa. Her training includes the range of Kadeisha workshops as well as extensive training in Imaginal Psychology. Adele's particular interests include dance as sacred practice, healthy aging, women's mythology and Conscious Sexuality.Adele runs her original workshop series, called HolyMoves, which provides a experiential format for all women to explore the interface of spirituality and sexuality as it affects body and soul. She practices as an Imaginal therapist and conscious body counselor and lives in Johannesburg.
