Prof.Dr. Romano Toppan, BA in Philosophy & Theology in Rome (1972), Msc in Educational Psychology in Padua (1976) and Economy in Milan (1987), is a Project Leader in many Transnational Programmes on Immigrants¿ Integration Policies and Cross-cultural Management and Senior Adviser of various international organisations, including the European Union.
