Bernard PARANQUE è stato professore alla Kedge Business School (2004-2019) ed economista che assisteva i rappresentanti dei consigli di fabbrica a Lione, prima di essere assunto dalla Banque de France a Parigi. Dal 1999 al 2002 è stato distaccato presso il Segretariato di Stato per le PMI. Si interessa di azione collettiva e di finanziamento delle organizzazioni.
