The quality of primary school education is very important since it is the foundation of all forms of further education. The quality of teacher is a major contributing factor to improve learning outcomes of learners. The aim of classroom transformation is the improvement of the quality of teaching and learning. Teachers in the primary school should be aware of the consequences of their teaching actions and their belief systems. Transformation in education requires a change in teacher educators and in teachers themselves. Teacher training institutions need to redesign programmes that will provide a good orientation to teacher trainees. This book, suggest that teacher education components should be reviewed as they are those factors that influence educational transformation.
