The development of the Moroccan university occupies a priority place in the national policy to play its role as a place of knowledge and culture, and to meet the needs of the economic and industrial market as a source of skills, elite and citizen of tomorrow. The major challenges that Moroccan universities must meet is to provide the different socio-economic sectors of the country with the skills necessary for the implementation of "the policy of major projects" initiated by the State, materialized by plans, programs, projects and strategies of sectoral development: National Pact for the industrial emergence and new global professions of Morocco (Offshoring, automobile, aeronautics and space, electronics, textile and leather, agri-food); AZUR Plan, Green Morocco Plan ... These skills needs require the orientation of a greater number of students towards the scientific, technical and professional branches.
