William (Bill) Ashcroft is a physical sciences graduate with 40 years' experience at the cutting-edge of research as well as in technical service and management in pharma and polymer chemical manufacturing. His career has involved extensive travel to developed and developing countries world-wide, working with other technologists on problem solving and creating products and methods for the repair, maintenance, and protection of industrial engineering materials. William is a widely published technical author and has also written for new graduates at the beginning of their careers on subject matters essential to personal professional development.
