Dolores Modic is Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) Fellow at Kyushu University, Japan and a 2015 Fulbright Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. Her research focuses on intellectual property rights and technology transfer, as well as more broadly on innovation systems and intellectual property rights management in the public and private sectors. Nadja Damij is Senior Lecturer in Business Information Management at Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University, UK. Her research interests include business process management, specifically developing process-orientated TAD methodology. She has held a number of visiting positions at the University of Surrey, UK, University of Nevada, USA, and the Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland.
