But the appropriate surgeons are limited in number, not always available, and expensive. An emphasis is given to the description and features of the two most recent ones, based on silicone synthetics materials, the "Embrace", and the "Magnestrip". The present work addresses to both professionals and patients.

J.Ladyjensky, M.E., est un ancien professeur assistant de l'Université de Liège. Outre une carrière de consultant, il a également écrit un certain nombre d'articles de vulgarisation scientifique, notamment dans le domaine des matériaux synthétiques et de la médecine. Quatre collègues d'universités belges l'ont assisté ici dans la consultation et la fourniture de photographies.
