Well, he considers it to be Argenmex. Argentine by destiny and birth and Mexican by decision and commitment. The creation of the Pan American Union working with the mechanisms outlined in this book, including the creation of a parallel currency called the Pan American Dollar (PAD), will bring an enormous opportunity to bring the participating countries of the Pan American Union into the twenty-first century.
