The development of chemistry has been reflected in our daily nutrition. These substances are added to food for various purposes (increasing taste, extending expiration date, preserving color, smell, etc.). Substances that used in the development of plants in agriculture (pesticides, fertilizers, etc.) are also harmful to health. Due to various reasons (pesticides and fertilizers, industrial facilities, metallurgical fields, plants and factories, etc.), contamination of drinking water, soil, and air with harmful compounds and heavy metals also causes health problems in people. According to the demand of the times, even if we cannot completely remove such foods and substances from our lives, we can minimize their negative effects. My goal in researching and writing a scientific work is to educate people and direct them to stay away from dangerous habits and foods.
