The author is a lecturer at Bindura University of Science Education in the faculty of commerce.His research interests are in TQM,Social Marketing,Financial Aspects of Marketing&Accounting.He has worked as a high school teacher and teacher educator.He holds the following qualifications:MCOM(MSU),MBA(ZOU),BBA,IMM(IMM GSM),IAC,HDIP AC(SAAA)DIP ED(UZ).
