Bongchul Kim is a professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS), Seoul, Korea. He successfully completed his BA/MA in Law at HUFS and PhD in Law at King's College London on an Overseas Research Students Award of the UK government. He has jointly worked with the Korean Legislation Research Institute on several RTA research projects.
