Business world is full of competition and winning tactics including trade secrets, at the end consumers are the one to face the consequences of the competition. This work has been inspired by the need to strike a balance between trade secrets and consumer protection. The reader will discover this work to be very useful in point out the imbalance between the two aspects using case studies that has been discussed in this work. The author went further to analyze the laws governing both consumer protection and trade secret in Tanzania, it is a work worth spending your time to read.
