Autorenporträt
Kamal Abdel-Malek, Ph.D. (1992) in Islamics, McGill University, is Associate Professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies at the University of Alberta, Canada. He has published extensively on Muslim literature in Arabic including Muhammad in the Modern Egyptian Popular Ballad (Brill, 1995). Wael B. Hallaq is Professor of Islamic Studies at McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
