In this order of ideas we can say that coffee has numerous benefits that will help to achieve these objectives and solve these two problems; we began with a test stage where we experimented the effectiveness of coffee in diverse aspects that include both physical health in terms of hair and skin care, as well as mental health in terms of stress management, in this way we were able to certify coffee as a very complete product of the agriculture of Nariño and Colombia in general.
