Sunday Yakubu Gulvi obtained Postgraduate Diploma in Nigerian Strategic Studies at University of Maiduguri Borno State Nigeria (2010) and Masters of Arts in Nigerian Strategic Studies at thesame University. A member of International Research and Development Institute (Research and Development Network). He Publsihed a book and several Papers.
