Guojie Luo (1928 - 2015, Henan Province, China) was a professor, doctoral supervisor and honorary president of Chinese ethics in the Philosophy Department of Renmin University of China. He once served as a member of the second philosophy discipline appraisal of the academic degree committee of the State Council, a convener of the third and fourth philosophy discipline appraisal group and a vice president of Renmin University of China. The main research directions are ethical principles, Chinese traditional ethics and ideological and moral education. His main works include Luo Guojie's collection of works, governing the country by virtue and the construction of citizen's morality, moral education and value orientation, ethics (chief editor), etc. He has published more than 300 papers in people's daily, Guangming Daily, philosophy research and other newspapers and magazines.
