There were narrators who memorized what was left of the pre-Islamic poetry as a document that they were reassured about. Who was known in the narration of pre-Islamic poetry was called Abu Umar b. al-Ala , collected the poems of some pre-Islamic people such as Imar' al-Qays, al- A sha and al-Samakh, and some Islamists, such as Abd al-Rahman b. Hassan and al-Ra i, then al-Mufaddal al- abi owner of the book: (al-Mufaddaliyat), but all the credit for the narration and collection of Arabic poetry is due to two venerable scholars: Al- Asma i and Abu Amr al-Shaibani. Al- Asma i collected the poems of more than twenty famous poets from the pre-Islamic era and Islam. Abu Amr al-Shaibani collected the poems from more than eighty tribes, and most of them were trustworthy and honest: al-Mufaddal al- abi was trustworthy, and al- Asma i was truthful in Hadith. He did not narrate anything from the Arabs except the correct thing. Abu Ubaidah, Abu Zaid al-Ansari, and Ibn al- Arabi were among the trustworthy scholars.
