Now-a-days, training has become one of the important Human Resources Development activity for the Organization survival. The current study helps to examine various factors influencing training and its impact on the employee performance. In this study, training factors are identified and classified into 2 categories a) Individual related factors and b) Organizational related factors. Factors like attitude, Self efficacy, Career advancement are considered for Individual related factors and Organizational related factors are Management support, Team Work and Technology Enhancement.
