Elizabeth Holloway is Professor at the Department of Counselling Psychology, University of Wisconsin, Madison and is author of Clinical Supervision: A Systems Approach (SAGE, 1995), which was recently translated into German and Chinese. Michael Carroll works in private practice and is consultant to a number of organizations. He is author of Counselling Supervision: Theory, Skills and Practice (Cassell, 1996).
