The article is devoted to the actual problem of training innovation-active future specialists of social work. On an example of mastering by students of discipline "Conflictology in social work" features of professional and personal development of students in the course of training are shown. The article presents the results of psychodiagnostic study of conflict regulation ways and main tendencies of behavior, made in experimental and control groups before and after the training. Specific examples of different forms of student-centered training are given.
