This paper aims to report challenges that are found in the inclusion of hearing impaired students in higher education and result in the observation of the trajectory of these professionals trained in courses in the technological area. The challenges in actions presented are not aimed at a comprehensive or statistical theory, but rather to propose a succinct and reflective discussion of their specificities. To present the main difficulties for these professionals to be able to train in some technology centers, where courses are given to better master the technology tools, to prepare for certifications, and also to point out the lack of preparation of these places to serve people in these conditions. Having been notorious for the growth of these professionals with this deficiency in technical and higher education, it is worth pointing out that these challenges are clear so that companies that offer training, specialization, and higher education courses can seek to adapt themselves to serve people who live this reality.
