The main objective for this research work was to devise means through which parents can cater for their children without it clashing with their work. Literatures of other authors were reviewed in order to get other people opinion on the stated problem. Exegesis was done to get a deeper meaning of the text in question and to arrive at a conclusion on what the text implies for parents in Ilishan Remo. The use of questionnaire was employed to get views from the people of this locality on what parenting is and what is not.
