For every transgender child, there is a school principal desperately asking, "How do we (or can we even) include trans children in our school?" In this book, Aidan Key asks us to turn this question around to consider instead "How do we create a safe, inclusive, and healthy learning environment for any child?" When we ask that question, the onus is no longer on that child or their parents to figure out the answers but is instead the shared responsibility of our society.
