Will Kaufman is a Senior Lecturer in English and American Studies at the University of Central Lancashire, Preston, England and a Founding Member and Co-Director of the Maastricht Center for Transatlantic Studies. Heidi Slettedahl Macpherson is Senior Lecturer in English Studies at the University of Central Lancashire.
