Tiene una maestría en administración de empresas (Universidad de Santo Tomas, Manila, Filipinas) y una maestría en filosofía (Universidad del Punjab, Lahore, Pakistán). Es Director General y Miembro Superior de la Facultad del Instituto de Gestión de Pakistán. Tiene en su haber decenas de publicaciones de investigación en revistas de renombre.
