Holding a degree in mechanical engineering from the RWTH Aachen University with Production Technology as his major, Nils began his career working for manufacturing industries in Germany and India. In 2007, he took a leap of faith, deciding to utilise his professional knowledge and experience to work as an independent consultant and coach. Working with global clients, including companies in troubled situations, he further broadened his expertise in strategy implementation, organization building, and change management.
