This text looks at legal issues and rights associated with moving from analogue way of doing things to digital in Nigeria. The legal and institutional reforms cut across the financial, telecommunication and justice of the nation. The text went on to look at factors militating against effective implementation on the ongoing efforts at transiting from analogue to digital way of doing things in Nigeria. These challenges include: lack of information and communication technology facilities; lack of infrastructure needed for the smooth sail of the process; and mass illiteracy of the populace.
