Autorenporträt
Lonzo Stanley was born into difficult circumstances in the Chicago area. He grew up around gangs and violence and ultimately joined a gang. The untimely, violent death of his grandmother and cousin spawned a reaction that resulted in a prison term. It is in prison that Mr. Stanley learned a different approach to life and co-authored Transformation in Black and White to help others. Dustin Frisbee, despite being an A student, became an addict at age twelve. His teenage years and early twenties were spent in the drug trade. It wasn't until he landed in prison that he resumed his education resulting in a degree in Religious Studies. He finds inspiration in the works of Erwin McManus, Stephen Covey and Carl Jung. He hopes that his writing can similarly inspire others.
