Desde 2015, Pavel iniciou o seu próprio negócio na agricultura, onde foi confrontado pela primeira vez com a questão da qualidade da água utilizada na agronomia. Devido ao afastamento de muitas quintas das infra-estruturas urbanas, começou a lidar com a construção autónoma de casas.
