The book is dedicated to the work of the Georgian media during the rule of Mikheil Saakashvili and Giorgi Margvelashvili, the changes that took place in the work of the media under the influence of Georgia's general pro-American dependence: coverage of economic problems, destruction of friendly relations between Georgia and Russia, the need for Georgia's integration with the European Union. A comparative analysis of transformation of Georgian media during the period of presidency of M. Saakashvili and G. Margvelashvili is presented. The chronological framework of the study includes the period from 2008 to 2014. The prospects for the formation of the Georgian media at the present stage of Georgia's political development are voiced.
