The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on the organizational culture of service companies. The study was conducted within a financial institution. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on culture. This work is intended for all service company managers seeking organizational effectiveness and employee commitment, researchers and students conducting or leading research in the field of Management and Leadership.
