This study was conducted in retail banking Sector of Pakistan. Data was collected from middle managers of retail banks in Pakistan. The study provided significant insights to improve the explorative and exploitative activities of managers. However, this study clarifies how senior team members resolve conflicting demands and facilitate the balancing of apparently contradictory explorative and exploitative forces in managerial ambidextrous organizations.

Tuba Ghani was born in Muzaffargarh, Pakistan on December 7, 1988. She has completed her early education from Muzaffargarh, Pakistan. She has done BBA (Hons) in Marketing and M.S in Project Management. Now she is doing P.H.D and is currently working as a lecturer. She had many Publications and other related work researches.
