Randy Butler serves as Pastor for Mission Increase. He spends his time stewarding the Transformational Living project as well as giving pastoral care to the Mission Increase staff. Randy brings a wealth of experience in bringing churches and non-profits together to improve local communities. Randy was ordained in the Evangelical Church in 1984. He and his wife Joan met in 1980 while attending George Fox College. Theyhave two children and one grandson.
