Gilles Roucolle is a Paris based Partner from Oliver Wyman, part of Marsh McLennan Group, and Managing Partner of their European region. He was responsible for more than a decade for Oliver Wyman's EMEA Transportation and Services practice and is a member of the Marsh McLennan's International Executive Committee. Roucolle is one of Oliver Wyman's most experienced and recognized Transportation experts. For more than 30 years, Gilles has conducted numerous high stake strategic and operational projects worldwide, in virtually all transportation modes including freight and passenger railways, airlines, logistics, postal, shipping, as well as rail and aerospace suppliers and financial institutions. He has in-depth experience in operations strategy and management, M&A, post-merger integration, business strategy, customer value growth and digitally enabled customer experience strategy. He has operated day-to-day in two continents, Europe and Americas and has led over 300 projects for major transport clients around the globe. Roucolle sat for 15 years on the Business Advisory Committee of Northwestern University's Transportation Center and is regularly consulted by press and media on transport topics. He is based in Paris, France.
