He is the Founder and President of the NGO PEEP - Policy Experimentation & Evaluation Platform and Senior Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley. Grietjie Verhoef, Ph.D., is co-founder and international co-coordinator of the SG4Africa project and a Professor at the University of Johannesburg and Adjunct Professor, Monash University, Australia.
