It is the result of my great fascination with Public Law, the environment in which transindividual rights are included. I wrote about what most fascinated me in legal science because, according to my research, despite being characterised as a new and relevant area of law, they still don't have the most appropriate space to develop, within a circle of debate that is suited to stimulating them and spreading them more widely.
