Graduated from the Qafqaz University, Faculty of International Law, Baku, Azerbaijan in 2004. In 2009 she received LLM in Maritime Law from University of Oslo. Currently she is working as a lawyer in one of the public companies in Azerbaijan. At the same time she is teaching maritime law at Baku State University.
