Eugenia Carolina Angibeau is a Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (DSAACP) and is currently a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator in the U.S. Army. Ms. Eugenia holds a Master's degree in Emergency Disaster Management Planning and a Bachelor's in Homeland Security Emergency Management, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Administration. Eugenia currently serves in the U. S. Army Reserve on Active-Duty Status and has achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class with over twenty-five years in combined service. In addition to her current duties Eugenia is also certified as Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and is a career Logistician and holds Demonstrated Master Logistician certification. Eugenia is known by her friends, co-workers and family as an avid philanthropist, lover of books, motorcycle enthusiast, traveler, and swimmer. Eugenia has four children and also has four grandchildren. She currently lives in Virginia where she belongs to several philanthropic organizations and continues to serve her community.
