Within that transition were several others and many of them surprised me and challenged me. I was learning every day how to not only survive, but how to get stronger in the midst of the challenges. We all go through seasons of transition and I have found out that it is easier to endure them and press through them when I hear how others have been able to navigate the storms of change. You will fi nd some stories of folks that have weathered the storms within the pages of this book. Keep in mind that this is not a book to "fix you" but rather to offer you hope and the future that God has for you. It's all good! Joe began managing non-profits as Executive Director of Carman Ministries, Inc. in the early 80's. In 2000, after more than 1,000 live events and multiple achievements with Carman, he began an organization called Dreams2Destiny Center which helped people identify their talents/calling and move towards what they were designed to do. In 2002, Joe founded The Landing Community Church where he was Lead Pastor until June of 2015. Presently, he serves at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. Author of eight books and father of three grown children, Joe continues helping churches and organizations clarify their focus, enlarge their vision and pursue their dreams.
