He holds NCE, B.A. French, M.A. Translation Studies from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto and Ph.D. in Translation Studies at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a lecturer at Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria.
