Transparent Conducting Oxide (TCO) materials have wide applications in semiconductor world today. A material of high transparency and good conductivity can be used as a window layer in thin film solar cells. ZnO is the best TCO among all the materials. Doped ZnO films sometimes give better performance than the pure form of it. In my book I focused on Mo-doped ZnO thin films, deposited by spray pyrolysis technique. Structural, optical and electrical properties of the deposited thin films have been studied.
