Ya.B. Ruziev, profesor del Departamento de Alemán y Francés de la Universidad Estatal de Bujara, nació en 1981 en Bujara. En 2019 defendió su tesis sobre "Rasgos pragmastílicos de la transposición de formas verbales de tiempo en alemán". Ha publicado más de 35 artículos científicos, 1 monografía y 3 manuales metodológicos.
