Nadav Davidovitch, MD, MPH, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in the Division of Public Health, Ben Gurion University, Israel. Michal Alberstein, SJD, LLB, is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Bar Ilan University, Israel.
